At this time the waiting list is open for Psychiatric care on a limited basis to avoid long wait times. Please note when accepting referrals, your completed Request Form will be reviewed and a phone call will be made to you to discuss if my practice can meet your needs. If so your request will be accepted and The assistant will get back to you with an invitation to the portal to start the process of completing paperwork and scheduling an appointment. Generally, visits are available in two ways for psychiatric care: in-person and via Telehealth/Televideo. Telehealth may be the only option keeping in line with VT DOH recommendations as well as Provider discretion with regards to illness and weather conditions.
