I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a love for engaging with people on a relational level. I seek to get to know my clients through intentional, empathetic listening. As a Christian counselor, I enjoy being able to weave Scripture into situations and solutions, and seeing God's hand at work in transforming my clients' lives. The diversity of my background and life experience helps me to relate well in multicultural settings, as well as understand the nature and process of dealing with abuse, trauma, and attachment issues. I also enjoy coaching individuals to attain their personal and professional aspirations.

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner whose passionate about caring for those with trauma narratives, such as sexual assault, childhood abuse and neglect, and addiction. I have worked in inpatient and outpatient settings with Acute Adults, Geriatric, Adolescent and Youth, Outpatient Substance Use, and Perinatal Mood Populations.
As a Psychotherapist, I offer the integration of biblical scripture as an adjunct and/or mono form of therapy. My doctoral training framework is multicultural competence and sensitivity. I have worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds to help manage acute and chronic mental illness. My passion for helping those suffering from mental illness comes from years of advocacy in urbanized communities.
