Dr. Elizabeth Cox, MD is a board-certified psychiatrist with over 10 years of clinical experience. Dr Cox works with all genders of patients, ages 18 and older. She is also notably an expert in reproductive psychiatry and women’s mental health treatment (specialization of treating psychiatric disorders during times of hormonal fluctuation and change, including pregnancy, postpartum, menstruation, menopause and infertility). Patients must be located in the state of North Carolina for appointments.
