During the initial appointment, we will work together to develop an individual treatment plan that is right for you and your specific needs. This plan may include psychiatric medications, evidence-based complimentary treatments, and psychotherapy, depending on what is most beneficial for you.

All services are provided via a secure, HIPAA-compliant videoconferencing platform called Doxy.me. You can access our virtual waiting room from your computer, phone, or tablet, anywhere that you have reliable internet access. Because cellphone reception in Vermont can be inconsistent, if you choose to use a phone or tablet, please ensure that you are on a strong wifi connection. 

Response times for new initial patient requests: Please be aware that I will respond to new patient requests as soon as possible, generally within 3-4 days. Unfortunately, due to the volume of new patient requests that I receive, I cannot always respond to all pre-screening requests. If you have not heard from me in 4-5 days, please assume that I cannot meet your needs at this time and seek treatment with another psychiatric provider. Thank you for your understanding. 

NEW PATIENT REQUEST INSTRUCTIONS: 

In order to establish as a new patient, these are the required steps:  

1. Complete the Pre-Screening Form:

Once reviewed and accepted, you will receive an invite to complete the intake documents in the patient portal. 

 2. Complete the Intake Forms and Policy Documents.

It is recommended to complete these documents on a desktop (as opposed to a phone or tablet) as they are detailed and may take some time. Please provide as much detail as you can. Once I review the forms, I will let you know (usually within 48-72 business hours).

3. Schedule.

Once all of the above is complete, I will enable your account to schedule online. You will receive a message via the portal when this happens.
